【空气炮选型】 


1、D=内径或当量圆的内径,以60°圆锥角料仓为基准

2、d-物料平均料度

5、当D≥8000mm进直筒部分可按圆周每隔3000-5000装一台300L空气炮的办法确定一周安装数量(图b)

6、在料仓高度方面每隔2000mm或≥2000mm应安装一层空气炮图a同层空气炮圆锥部分,还希望有一定高度差h=5000mm,H≈1200mm左右。

7、料仓下部是多锥出料口时,每个锥体部分均应装设空气炮。

【安装顺序及操作控制】

      空气炮的操作十分灵活,可采用手动、电动单个、成组放炮、定时自动放炮等控制方法。操作时先打开手动球阀,气体便自动进入炮体,需要放炮时按一下启动按钮,给换向阀一个脉冲电信号,空气炮即通过排气口喷出强大冲击气流,能量释放后自动恢复充气状态,随时可完成第二个工作循环。

【空气炮操作及控制】

      控制是靠操纵按钮来完成的,自动控制系统靠空气炮控制仪执行。一个安全自动化的系统,为了操纵更多的空气炮,用一个固定的定时信号发生装置控制每台空气炮,自动地按预定间隔时间放炮。控制系统也可以采用可编程式控制器(P L C)对整个工艺系统进行控制,如需人工操作,运行人员依据操作面板上的按钮,对空气炮系统进行顺序控制,也可对单个空气炮进行单独操作。

【控制原理及功能】

      操作人员启动空气炮并动行后,P L C根据预先编制的程序,由自动称重皮带机控制仪或空气炮自动控制仪发出信号,开始启动第一台空气炮;P L C延迟一定时间后,启动第二台空气炮直至启动数次,相应的空气炮启动后,P L C 延迟一定时间再开始下一循环控制。所有延迟时间均可在线随时调整。控制装置同样具有手动控制功能,操纵人员切换至手动后,由操纵人员手动启动各个电磁阀,相应空气炮启动。

本控制系统的三种控制方式

      程控自动方式:可实现顺序时间控制条件反射控制。并可实现时间设定操作功能,使操作人员可根据实际情况灵活控制各设备的开启与关闭时间,使之达到最理想的效果。

      微机软件操作:操作人员在远方微机通过的B O P网络,通过鼠标(或键盘)可对每一个参与程控设备的启动或关闭进行一对一手动操作。

      就地手动操作:是就地控制柜上通过操作按钮进行。

【故障的出现及排除方法】:

释放能量小

1、检查并增加气源压力。
2、适当延长充气时间。
3、排出罐内水分污物。
4、清洗气缸或更换尼龙环。

充气速度慢

1、更换气源管道。
2、增加空压排气量。
3、查找气体受阻原因并排出。
4、检查活塞与排气口是否密封好。
